An idea we both believe in
Brief opening
We begin with your conviction and Simon’s judgment that the idea is worth pursuing. A focused conversation helps sharpen the direction before building.

An idea we both believe in

Our AI-powered building platform
Our platform is designed specifically to be easy to use and effective for business-minded solo founders. Your understanding of the problem, your judgment, and your taste guide the creation of the application.
Finding a technical cofounder means finding both the right technical skills and a compatible long-term partner. That search—and the development that follows—can take considerable time. Our platform gives you a practical way to move from your product vision to working software without making that partnership a prerequisite.
Your business insight. Our building platform. Your application.
Take it to market
You lead the launch, connect with customers, and learn from their response. We offer encouragement and occasional perspective as you take those next steps.
What we believe
We believe this path calls for four qualities. As you read, consider whether you recognize yourself in them.
The willingness to put sustained time and effort into pursuing an idea—and to stay engaged when the work becomes difficult.
You care about what you put into the world—whether the idea is worthwhile, the solution is thoughtful, and the product feels right for the people using it.
You weigh evidence, understand trade-offs, and make thoughtful decisions—even when the answer is uncertain. You know when to hold your conviction and when to change your mind.
You are willing to explore, experiment, and work through imperfect results. The tools and methods are evolving; progress takes patience, curiosity, and a willingness to question what AI produces.
Does this sound like you—and a journey you would enjoy?
Working together
We choose to work with very few founders so the involvement can remain personal and substantive. It begins with commitment on your side, Simon’s belief that the idea is worth pursuing, and a shared sense that we would work well together.
We provide access to our AI-powered building platform, with selective personal perspective along the way. You lead the launch and take the application to market. In some cases, we may choose to work more closely together to grow and scale the business. That is a separate, mutual decision.
A note from Simon
Simon Ho · Founder, SimonSays Studio
I’ve spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, through the internet, cloud, mobile, and now AI waves. Each has opened new possibilities and brought its own hard lessons.
SimonSays Studio is a way for me to give back, share what I’ve learned, and work with interesting people on ideas I believe in.
“Making money matters, and so do enjoyment, human connection, and spending your time with people you like and respect.”
“I believe in 缘分—the idea that some people are meant to cross paths. SimonSays Studio is also a way to discover those connections: interesting people, worthwhile ideas, and the possibility of building something meaningful together.”
Explore the connection
If this resonates, say hello. Tell us a little about yourself and what brings you here.
No pitch deck or detailed business idea needed. This is simply a first connection.
Say helloWe work with a small number of founders. Saying hello starts a conversation about fit; it does not commit either of us to working together.
